Hawaii Substance Abuse Programs:
If you have substance abuse issues for which you are not presently getting treatment, the court will likely require you to get an assessment and treatment at some point. Getting an assessment and getting treatment early in your case can have a big impact in what happens in your case. It can sometimes lead to a favorable plea deal in your case and a lighter sentence should you be convicted. Below is a list of certified substance abuse programs. While I have assisted numerous clients with gaining admission to all of the programs listed below, I do not endorse any specific program and encourage you to research all of the programs before deciding which one is right for your needs. Please call me if you would like to discuss which program may best suit your specific situation.
